Supernova Facilitation is run by the dynamic duo of Leanne and Amy Alaman. We launched Supernova to share our cataclysmic transformational energy with teachers and healers wanting next level breakthroughs!
We bring a combined 40 years as facilitators, spiritual teachers, and healers to our work together. Together we developed our Somatic Liberation Practice Space that combines a somatic liberation framework (think rest as resistance, radical permission, radical aliveness) with a powerful opportunity to practice new ways of thinking and being in a low-stakes environment. This allows participants to build confidence and capacity with new liberatory tools that can feel too scary to try for the first time in high-stakes environments, such as at work or with loved ones.
